1945 - Max Braid takes over the running of his father's surveying business
1982 - Max Braid + Assoc. P/L formed with Max Braid, Andrew Strachan and Patrick Meehan as Directors
1987 - Company changes its name to Max Braid Surveyors. Max Braid retires and Malcolm McCoy becomes a director
1995 - Dataflow (a joint venture mapping company) is established and manages the Victoria Digital Cadastral Map Base
1997 - RDS Surveys is established in Perth with Jason Armitage and Ray McKinnon as Directors
2001 - Dataflow is sold
2007 - Survey21 Pty Ltd is created as a merger between Max Braid Surveyors and RDS Surveys. The company has 80 employees and offices in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
2009 - Survey21 Pty Ltd merges with Qasco Pty Ltd to create a truly National Survey and Spatial Information company; with 170 staff members and nine offices throughout Australia
