SURVEY21 provides services for Lease Area Surveying to Property Managers, Project Managers, Shopping Centre Management and Real Estate Agents.
In most instances the survey are performed under the Property Council of Australia (PCA) method of measurement and are for commercial offices, retail shops and industrial warehouses. In New South Wales and Queensland these survey may require registration at the Land Titles Office.
SURVEY21 has provided on-going services to a number of major shopping centre groups including Westfield, Centro and Coles Myer as well as major property consultants such as Australand, Stockland and Knight Frank.
