Andrew Strachan
Director and Manager of Construction Surveys in Australia and overseas he is an acknowledged expert on surveying for high rise buildings, lectures at University of Melbourne and been guest speaker at numerous seminars and conferences. Andrew also oversees Terrestrial Laser Scanning and Dilapidation Surveys, is a licensed surveyor in Victoria and Queensland and was Chairman of the Association of Consulting Surveyors in Victoria and at the national level.
Jason Armitage
Director for Infrastructure Surveys, particularly for the resource sector he sources, quotes and manages all of the company’s Infrastructure Projects throughout Western Australia and the mining regions of Queensland and the Northern Territory. Jason has an Engineering Surveying background with 17 years of survey experience and 14 years as a company manager/director.
Ray McKinnon
Director and national manager for the Quality Assurance and OHS of the company Ray also oversees all cadastral surveys in Western Australia. He has also been involved in the profession being Vice President of the ISAWA for 1 term. Ray has a surveying degree and is licensed in Western Australia.
Patrick Meehan
Director of Land Surveying for East Coast operations Patrick is a graduate of RMIT with over 30 years industry experience and is a licensed Surveyor in Victoria and a Registered Surveyor in NSW. Patrick has served the profession of Surveying in his roles at the Institution of Surveyors, the University of Melbourne and the Australasian Spatial Information Business Association.
Malcolm McCoy
Director of Administration and looks after Finances, Payroll, Strategic Planning, Business Planning and Human Resources. He has a surveying degree from RMIT and is a Victorian Licensed Surveyor. Malcolm is also heavily involved with both the Institution of Surveyors, and the Spatial Sciences Institute at a regional and national level.
Chris Monnery
Director of Administration on the West Coast he manages the West Coast operations and sources and quotes all of the company’s Major Feature Surveys in Western Australia. Chris is a qualified Civil Designer with over 25 years experience obtained working for various major Engineering firms including SKM, Maunsell and GHD.
Survey21 was established in January 2007 as a merger between Max Braid Surveyors , RDS Surveys and Survey21 joint venture. It brings together all companies into a single national surveying operation.
The company has offices in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. In particular, we are recognised as having a strong presence in the Pilbara in Western Australia. Survey21 has also undertaken major projects in South East Asia and the Middle East.
